Ive been having like really low self esteme issues for like the past year or so... ive done so much physical harm to myself but i know its not right.. but i keep doing it cuz its like an addiction.. in the past year my best friend killed herself..(over me to try and get me to stop) and ive been in an abusive relationship.. everything has just put me down.. even the smallest things.. and i dont ever seem to be happy anymore.. i dont know what to do anymore.. sometimes i think that life is just like a dream.. is there any way i could help this?? you dont need a counselor .. first thing .. start thinking about a positive thing about yourself .. say you have an awesome smile, or great eyes .. just start thinking positive .. second .. you really need to get out of the abusive relationship .. ive been in your shoes .. ive been through counselors so i know how much you hate them, cuz i hate them to .. if you lost your friend, by her trying to show you the pain she feels for you, wouldnt you thought that the pain you went through is how ur friends felt ? .. a counselor wont help you .. the best thing is just to get someone you can talk to .. i.e. a friend .. a cousin .. and brother .. someone you can trust not to say anything, that you can call at any hour of any day just to talk .. thats the best thing *

its your decision about what to do .. if you think that you are ready, then go for it .. just make sure you do use a condom, and you shouldnt just have sex with anyone .. if its your first time, it should be with someone you care about .. and the only way you can get pregnant with a condom is if the condom breaks .. just remember, to never double up on condoms, because the friction from the plastic will rip them *

okay so we are from new york state, and my boyfriend and i have been together for a year and a half and he just found out that his grandpa was supposed to die within a week liek a week ago he found that out.. and his parents are down with his grandpa right now and he just found out he has to fly down to florida in 3 hours bc he had just passed away. my best advice for this, is to just try to talk to him about .. i lost my grandfather who i was extrememly close with almost 7 years ago to a heart attack ..i didnt want to talk about it or anything and tried to keep everything to myself, and i had so many emotions bottled up in me .. then i lost my bestfriend of 3 years who i had also been going out with .. and my friend wouldnt let me get away without talking about it .. but it helped me .. so there is going to be a lot of yelling and screaming and anger .. and most likely crying, because everyone gets that feeling when someone dies, but just hold him .. hold him like your never gona let go .. thats the best thing that you can do, and try to get him to open up to you .. but the most important thing you can do, is show him that you care

I know this seems like a classic, but I'm in love with my best guy friend. We're both 16 and I don't mean puppy love. if you go to school with him, bring him into a hall way or a stair case where its not to noisy, and if you dont, just show up at his house, just make sure you tell him face to face, and explain to him, that you dont like him like that anymore .. and that you guys have been best friends for nine years, and didnt want that to change .. try to explain to him that u just want to have him as a friend again, and you missed those days where ud just talk for hours about nothing.

I'm 14 and going into high school this school year. I have been friends with this girl lets just call her Liss since...the end of 6th grade. We became best friends ever in 7th grade and then everything with her other friends went downhill from there. They all hate me and some have now threatened to kill me.
