i am a 15/f and last summer i was raped, but the thing was i was high so i cant tell my parents or anything, but i am now clean and everything, but i have really bad flashbacks of that time, like they are so vivid and i can feel it happening and i say stuff outloud like "stop" and sutff....now i told my boyfriend and he was really upset, and i dont know how to get rid of these flashbacks without telling ne one, i mean i have a councelor but i just couldnt tell her, does anyone know what i can do?
okay first i want to say im really sorry but the only way to get the flaskbacks out of your head is to let go of what happened and you cant do that without telling someone... if you tell a councilor by law she cant tell anyone else...but i would tell your mother even though you were high i think she would like to know that her daughter was raped so she could find a way to help.
Every since i was old enough to have a crush, i have liked this guy, but he also happens to be my best friend. if you really like him you should go out with him. if you are that good of friends with him now and you do eventually break up it shouldnt be awkward if your good enough friends, at 15 and 17 dont expect him to be your soulmate people go out and break up all the time, its the ones who really cared for each other that can be friends after a breakup.
I'm in 8th grade and in november I dated this kid in 7th grade. It was cool, it lasted for a month. But than he dumped me for like no reason. when you get a myspace bulletin you need to copy and paste it hit the back button and it will either take you to a list of all bulletins with a small link that says post bulletin and you just send it. or if you hit back sometimes it will take you to your myspace homepage and you go to the box where it has inbox,sent,friend requests, and post bulletin click on the link and post it!

oh yes always try to blowdry it before you straighten...it will make your hair softer,less frizzy and your most likely to have it completely dry.
what is the best medicine/pills for mentrual pains (im 13 and overweight if that matters)
many things can help that.... first you can try walking or running which can help take it away...also a heating pad works...taking a shower....eating soup....but if you want a medicine midol and pamprin seem to work :]

basically guy s are all dicks, they think becuase they have them they should think with them. most guys think of girls as a piece of ass and they want the nicest piece of ass to talk about to their friends. basically just dont listen to what they say becuase maybe theyre the ones dating the skinny girls now but when they grow up theyre going to be the ones all alone while your dating all the hotties :)

it cost 99.99 it holds 200 songs...personally i dont think its worth it...i think its more worth it to save up for a nano or video ipod.

-i have to do it in the morning after my shower
-i have to blow dry my hair (i dont have a straightener you can use when your hairs wet)

make sure its completely dry...and if you can avoid it dont just use your straightner try geting a heat defense product that you can put in when its wet, that will help prevent splitends and damage to your hair.
When there's any sort of social gathering involving alcohol, my fiance always gets drunk. Not completely drunk, just a little drunk. It used to not bother me at all. But lately, it's blown up into a huge deal.
It stems from the fact that my mother was an alcoholic when I was a child. Also, when my fiance and I were split up for a month, he went through a depression and would drink every day and smoke a pack of cigarettes every day, and almost got kicked out of college.
So now when I see him drinking at all, it angers me to the point I want to explode immediately. Since he has informed me that he will still drink no matter what, we've decided upon a compromise; he can drink on special occasions, but not get drunk, even a little bit. BUT, even that angers me!
When he started smoking, I did everything I could to stop him, but I failed. He is finally quitting now, but I'm afraid that alcohol will one day be the same way, especially if we hit a rough patch in our lives. He makes excuses for drinking, such as saying it's the only way he can be himself in a crowd, and that scares me!! But on the other hand, I don't want to be completely irrational and fight about this all the time.
What should I do?
you need to tell him your scared for his health because youve seen what it can do, through your mother. tell him it scares you tell him you dont like when he does it...if he loves you more than his alchol then he will understand.
What can you do when you have a boss that gives everyone else fun and simple tasks, but gives you the dirty work that no one else wants, PLUS doesnt appreciate your hard work?
I work in retail at a superstore in the clothing department. Because it's january, all of our hours have been cut, Well anyways my boss told me today that she wanted me take down everything from the shelves and windex the shelves, plus our display tables. I had to take off all the nicely folded clothing and then spray our tables, wipe them, then put all the clothes back on. I worked my ass off, and all the other girls working got to do fun jobs, like setting up displays and customer service. After my shift was over (and covered in dirt) I said goodbye to my boss and another girl. The other girl said bye, but my boss never said anything or even acknowledged all my hard work.
Should I be upset? Because I almost felt like quitting after today.
if your boss is that mean to you and doesnt appreciate you, you should tell her that she needs to show you respect or you wont work there anymore, you cant be too straightforward because she is your boss but just outline it for her and tell her everything you told us.
right now i have 2 guys fighting over me and this seucks. i like them both and they both like me, but it seems that everything i do one of them is getting hurt and or upset, i just dont no what to do, i like them both. but i dont want neone to get hurt, but in reality all three of us is gettin hurt bcuz i cant take this, it sucks so much and i dont no hwat to do...help!! what am i supose to do about this...
even though you may think you like them both you have to listen to your heart becuase deep down your going to like one of them just a bit more and thats the one you have to go with...i dont think you should just not go with either of them because then youd be upset.
a little reminder if you ever come into a situation like this again : you cant try and make someone else happy before you make yourself happy.

their are a few prodeuct you can use you can use regular hair spray by spraying it on a brush and brushing it through also you could use static guard which you can get at any supermarket. also you can buy john freida frizz serum for a bit more money!

okay well im wearing the pink pants from victorias secret that say pink on the butt tomorrow to school, they are light pink and have rhine stones all on them and they are really cute and they comes a little below my knees ..well i need help trying to find a pair of shoes to wear with them, i have uggs but they arent long enough, like when i put on the uggs and pants my bare legs are sticking out. i was wondering if that would look stupid? or if its okay? and if it wouldnt work what else should i wear? i have clogs, but they have green trim on them and dont look match. and i have completely white adidas.. but i dont know if it looks good or not. so if you couuld help me really soon that would be great

There is a guy who i've just recently became really good friends with this year. Last year he was in one of my classes and we barely talked, but this year we ended up being in four classes together and became really good friends. Plus I found out he lived three houses away from me and we hung out once in a while.
He has a crush on one of my friends, a cheerleader who told me she wasn't interested in him at all and thought he was annoying. He told me she was sending mixed signals, flirting with him then ignoring him. She wanted to hook him up with someone else so he would leave her alone. But she was too nice to tell him that, so she wanted me to hook up with him or at least find someone else to. I was like, wtf? I thought that she was being a little rude when she said that, especially trying to push my friend on me just because she didn't want him liking her.
The next day, he was asking me whether or not he had a chance with her and i debated between telling the truth or saying I had no idea, because on one hand, if i told the truth, he might move on and she wouldnt complain so much , but then I might hurt his feelings. But I finally told him to "get over it" because she thought his actions were annoying and she wanted to hook him up with someone else.
Is what I did right? He seemed a little upset when he heard that she wanted him to go out with someone else, but got over it quickly. I'm afraid I might have hurt his feelings though he didn't say it. Was what i did right? Or was I just meddling in someone else's business? Because if I didn't do anything about it, she would have been too nice to tell him to his face that she didnt like him and keep leading him on.
if you want my honest opinion i think you did the right thing and your friend was wrong your friend should not have been leading him on only to let him down. in my opinion you were being a true friend since you didnt want to see your friend get hurt.

I just pretty much broke my guy friend's heart. He has liked me for a really long time, and a couple days ago he just told me. I feel so bad because I feel like I lead him on...because he always comes to my locker every day (which kind of annoys me) and i even gave him a friendly hug one day just as a joke. So now he is really different after i told him we should just be friends. he's sad, and talking about how hes never going to like another girl again. you need to tell him that just because he may have feelings for you, you dont have them for him and that their are plenty of other people out there for him. also you need to explain to him how you feel about him being at your locker and that you need your space..if he loves you that much he will understand.
