advice
latley ive been really down and i avoide talking to people but when people talk to me i change my mood quick to happy . but im really not lately my friends havent been there for me and im losing alot of them . ive been sleeping alot and i have a loss of appite . me and my ex stopped talking last week and ever since then it seems like everything is coming crashing down am i depressed? and i really dont feel like doing things lately what can i do to stop being this way or feeling this way and my heart has been hurting i have also had thoughts of hurtng myself bt i wont do it :P
actually depression is one of the most mis-diagnosed mental disorder. No one on here can tell you if you are or not.
You could easily just be in a slump. I can understand on the friends part, me and my best friend are no longer talking and I have been veryy upset bc of it. The best thing for me was to find new friends. It might be hard but its really the only way.
No longer talking to your ex can be a good or bad thing. If the relationship wasn't healthy then its most deff. a good thing to no longer be talking.
But if you feel it was a good thing then its going to take some time to get used to "not talking to him." the best way to not think about him is to be busy with friends. Take up a hobby, start working out your anger.
honestly, if you have even thoughts about hurting yourself, you need to seek help. from a teacher, family member, someone. I know we all can't afford to go to a doctor once a week for a life time, so someone you trust can be just as good. Just talking to someone will make you feel sooo much better!!

Please can someone tell me how can I deal with my jealous husband? He looks thru my phone to see who calls me and to read my text. If I go to the shop or to make any runs he wants to know who going with me, where I going, how long i will be, who I going to meet, and he times me to see how long I take. He feels like every man I talk to who he don't know wants to get in my pants or he belive we have something going. He also feels like his family members (males) wants to get with me. I love him but his driving me nuts with this jealousy,I don't know how to be sexual towards him no more please help.
I agree he only wants you for his self. But I can see where its very annoying. So, if you have nothing to hide then let him look. I think it will stop later down the road when he knows you have nothing to hide. Invite him to go shopping with you, this will show you again, have nothing to hide.
The timing thing is really weird, maybe have a talk about that with him?
i see some signs of a "bad relationship" on his part. Esp. the timing thing. He might have trust issues from past relationships.
as for sexual, I think you really need to clear everything up with him, I honestly don't know what to say for that, sorry.

So I'm looking to get my first tattoo next month. I'm having a really difficult time trying to figure out what I want. I don't want it huge but I don't want a real small one either. Also I want it to have meaning. Nobody has died that's close to me and its too weird to put my family on my body. What would be some good ideas for me? I'm looking to get it on my back somewhere. I don't really like the classic tattoos, you know hearts and crosses and stuff. I love animals, dirtbikes, my family, my bestfriend. I'm somewhat of a country girl. Any ideas, general or specific, would be helpful.

honestly I feel that the only tattoo anyone should get is if it has a personal reason. Don't get a tattoo just to get one, you'll regret it. What about quotes? Song lyrics? A country girl saying. Hope I helped some =)

Put a note in his locker. If he doesn't have your cell number, leave it on the note and tell him to text you if he wants to find out who you are. If he does have it, then just put your name at the bottom. =)

So I'm almost done with my first year of college and I'm transferring for my sophomore year. I found this amazing college down south that has my major and pretty much everything i want, it sounds perfect. I'm just scared that I'll be alone. That's my biggest fear. I have two best friends that i would die for up here and my family and everything. I guess I'm just scared I won't make any friends. I'm a super nice person and i make friends easily, but I've never ever been "the new girl" or the girl coming in knowing absolutely no one. So is there anyone out there that went to college far away not knowing anyone and how did it turn out?
I went to a college, not way to far, but about an hour away. I only had my cousin, who I didn't even hang out with. So i basically was alone too. Your best bet is your roommate, esp. if they have already been going to the school. You'll become friends with them and their friends. Talk to people in your class. Make lunch dates. Its hard, trust me, but you HAVE to put an effort in it. It'll be scary the first month but it'll get better! promise!!
Its driving me nuts! I know lots of guys at school like me-alot. But no one has ever asked me out! My bestfriend gets all these "oohs" and "ahhs" whenever she talks about me and shows them a pic, but ive never been asked out. WHen i was little everyone made fun of me, so i dont really have any guy friends, but now im one of the hottest girls in school. Still no boyfriend. My bffs tell me i should ask myself, but im too nervous to do that. My biggest guess is that all the guys are afraid im too good for them. Im pretty sure of that. I agree, you're only in high school BUT to answer your question. Talk to THEM! Nothing serious, just start to joke around with guys more. Show your true side. Maybe have a small get together at your house or something to show people you want them to get to know you. Be flirty after awhile. If youre in sports, talk about sports. Guys LOVE when a girl knows about sports. I have TONS of guy friends and guys who like me because I know a lot about football and I played basketball and cheered. Just be more outgoing toward guys! =) good luck!

yes you can. I'm not sure if you mean "can you still get pregnant on your period" or "can i be pregnant even though I got my period" but both is a yes. Sperm can live inside you for 7 days.
If you have sex during your period the sperm can survive in there regardless. And getting your period while pregnant isn't really a period but just releases the egg that didn't get "planted" with sperm.
Hey my husband is deploying to Afghanistan October 31st of this year and i want to get a tattoo to show my love and support for him. I thought about the yellow ribbon with dog tags but talking to him about it he isnt a fan of the yellow ribbon and i want it to be something we both like. I love the dog tag idea! depending if he is in the army, marines, ect.. I would get two dog tags hanging off a heart. Inside the heart have a saying somewhat like "I traded in my pearls for his dog tags, now that's true love." Or along with that quote, you can have dog tags & purls mixed together and have that saying above it or below it :)
I was wondering if anyone could help me out on which piercing to get next, my antitragus or snug and which ear.
I currently have a double lobe piercing, a helix piercing, and a tragus piercing on my left ear and on my right I have a triple lobe piercing, and my rook.
My tragus has given me some difficulty in healing, leaving a bump thats been there for quite some time, but probably because its pierced with a cbr and I used to mess with it quite a bit when it was first pierced. What's the healing like for the anti tragus and snug piercings?
My rook has given me a little bit of trouble but not much, probably because I have a bad habit of picking my piercings. I also have my bellybutton pierced and a microdermal on my right hip so if anyone can compare the healing process to any of my piercings it would be appreciated. Im not using pain of the piercing as a factor for which one simply because I don't really have a problem with a painful piercing.

I personally dont have a snug or an antitragus. I do have many other though!.. I too have my tragus & rook. Try taking the piercings out & washing the holes with soap. Try putting hoops back into both of them so they have room to breathe. I personally use neosporin for EVERYTHING, piercings & tattoos. Put it on a Q-tip & put it on.
Sorry I'm not much help on the piercings you want. I have others I'll quickly name to give more ideas. Industrial; conch; dermals; anchors; belly; lip; nose.. Hope I helped a little :)
Well, I love piercings. However, on the other hand, my mom isn't as open to the idea. I do have my ears pierced and have since I was very, very young. I really want to stretch my ears but when I brought up the idea to my mom it was a definite "no". I'm pretty sure I could convince my mom to let me get more piercings to my ears or possibly my naval, eyebrow, or nose, as well. But these aren't exactly what I would want. I'm liking hips, collarbones, tounges, and lip piercings. I do plan to bring this up with my mom, although she is contrarian, and see what her terms and conditions are.. So what are other piercing ideas that may stand a chance with my mom?
I'm not interested/ nor will my mom let me get septum, dimple, bridge, nape, or any piercings in my "private" area. Also, I think the biggest issue she has about piercings is that it might be difficult along the rode to get a job..

Dermal piercings! They cost a little more, but are very easy to take care. I have two, and neither one has ever been infected, and to be honest, I hardly took care of them bc a) they are on my side, up by my boob and are hard to even look at and b) they never really needed it. I too had my hips pierced, but they got pushed out. I plan to get them re pierced, these are a little hard to take care of. Pending on if you get an anchor piercing, or dermals. Anchors get caught on almost everything, pants; belts ect.. but still, very cute. A lip is a good piercing, just be sure to use mouthwash, a lot. If you have braces, it will get caught A LOT.. lol Belly buttons are cute & fun! Try to get both top & bottom, I think it looks way cuter! Nose is cute, but to me, it was my most painful piercing, others say different; everyone has their own opinions about every piercing.
Whatever you choose make sure you take care of it & if you have any questions about it after dont be scared to go back to the place where you got it pierced at, they are more than welcomed to help ya out! :)
so i have a feeling i am going to get my period this friday and that is my high school prom. would it be awkward if i wore a pad under my dress.. if i was grinding with a guy would he be able to tell would it be weird? im not sure if im comfortable enough with tampons to wear it this week what should i do?
if your dress is super poofy, he wont be able to tell. But if you dress is just a normal dress, he still might not be able to tell. Just stay clear of him rubbing your butt. lol

My friend said she went to the movies over the weekend and saw the preview to the newest upcoming Twilight movie. I haven't read the books or anything (my mom won't let me) so I don't know if the "series" has been finished but is there a third movie coming out based on the books by Stephenie Meyer? When would it be showing? And where can I see the trailer or preview to the newest Twilight movie?
Eclipse, coming out this summer. I think June. Fourth book/movie is called Breaking Dawn coming out in Nov. I think. (I might be wrong on Breaking Dawn, just what I heard) :)
Ok, I am a freshmen, and some of my friends have started drinking and doing just really stupid stuff in high school. how can i tell her that she is being SO dumb! we both LOVE sports, and they are like our lives, and i REALLY dont want to see something happen to her! Good for you :) well first, just going off by what happened at my school a couple years ago, is nothing honestly.. The girls that were caught had to do service. The guy was a great baseball player and had a scholarship for it, but lost it bc the college didn't want to support that kind of behavior. But with our actual high school, nothing was done. Sorry not much help!

depending where you live, my boyfriend and I went to Myrtle Beach this past summer and it was a great vacation. It was a 14 hour drive, not too bad. The money for gas wasn't the best, but we also took a v6 mustang. We filled it up three times down, and twice up.. We didnt stay in a fancy hotel, it was a "super 8" hotel, and it was right across the street from the beach. Awesome vaca! :)
do they screw up your belly button? like when you take out a belly button piercing and the hole heals back up is it all deformed? how long does it take for the hole to close back up?
also, if you go through a metal detector at the airport will that set it off?

Actually, if it scars over, it will look weird. My friends got ripped out and both of theirs look weird. But if you just take it out and let it heal over then no it would look weird. Yes it will et it off, mine did. Not painful AT ALL. It feels like a bee sting, top or bottom, I have them both. Its nothing

its possible to work your way up to a doctor isnt it?
whats the highest level of education you can get for nursing? (masters,bachelors,Dr?)

You need to become an RN before you can be a Pediatric Nurse. I'm in high school nursing classes, and we learned about all this last year. There are Nursing Schools, you would go all year for about 2-3 years, pending on what degree you want. After you have reached your RN, you then need to go back to school to learn about the child's body and what not. My game plan, get my RN, start my work, and after 2 years when I know my work schedule, go back to college to become a pediatric nurse. Maybe you'd like to do that also. good luck!!
I have a couple questions about what I can and cannot do while I am pregnant. Right now I am only about 9 weeks along. If you don't know all the answers that fine just please answer what you can:)
1- Can I ride horses or not? If I can can I do my horses normal work out, Im a barrel racer, and pole bender.
2- Can you get perms? Some people say yes some say no. Do the chemicals really harm the baby?
3- Is there any websites that can help you plan for baby and plan out monthly cost?
actually, you can go running while pregnant, the person below me is wrong. (I'm in nursing classes) Running is VERY good for you & the baby. But after so long, it get uncomfortable for you, because the baby is getting bigger, and is being moved a lot more while s/he is inside you. You can not perm your hair, like dying, the chemicals get into your blood stream and your blood is the babies bloods. Horse riding, I;m really not sure, I say it might be okay, until it get uncomfortable, but I'm not sure. As for a safety hazard, you could fall off and kill the baby. Just google "going to be a mommy" or things like "how to plan for a baby" things like that. GOOD LUCK & CONGRATS!!!
