can you still get pregnant if you get your period?

yes you can. I'm not sure if you mean "can you still get pregnant on your period" or "can i be pregnant even though I got my period" but both is a yes. Sperm can live inside you for 7 days.
If you have sex during your period the sperm can survive in there regardless. And getting your period while pregnant isn't really a period but just releases the egg that didn't get "planted" with sperm.

it is possible. everyone is different and will experience different signs. wait till after your period is due and take a test if you are still concerned about being pregnant.
