I need to lose about 1 1/2 or 2 inches on my waist. It dosnt really matter how long it takes, I just want to loose it. So if anyone would give me any tips on how to acheive my goal that would help alot. Thanks!

Watch what you eat mostly.. Dont starve yourself just dont over eat.. a good way to do that.. to first eliminate snacking.. then eliminate 3 meals a day.. instead break that down to about 5-6 small meals per day.. Reason for this is that if you eat small meals your food will be evenly digested throughout the whole day and you can burn the calories off without putting too much extra into your self and you wont feel hungry!

Also.. Drink Green Tea


I'm not shure how fit you are.. but a good way to burn calories that works really good and isnt completely guna kill you is this

Run one mile but break it down into of the track


break it down into like 16 sections

Sprint as fast as you can thru one section which should be the straightaway or the turn use those as sections you should have 16 in a mile

Once you sprint that section do an exersise

do pushups
situps
jumping jacks
lunges

whatever you want really


and it actually feels good cause it gives you a change of pace and you can catch ur breath before you sprint the next section.. and by the time you get done with all 16 you feel great because you did all those exersizes and you ran a mile..

ok so i had a bit of bad razer burn "down there", then it got really itchy and got even worse from me itching it. Then it got kinda irrtated from my sweat and stuff from my soccer preseason. What is the best way i can get rid of this rash? I have been putting baby powder on it, but i need something that will make it go away so i can shave again.

Try Diaper Rash cream a good diaper rash cream is Boudroux Butt Paste I use it on sumburns mostly but it heals almost anything! as well as when your shaving "down there" or even ur legs i highly suggest aveeno soy or oatmeal shaving cream it works very well for preventing razor burn!!

I have a friend, Christy, who I just became friends with over the summer. She would come over my house a lot with my other friend, Jake.
Now, Christy is friends with like 4 different groups of people. One group is people she used to be friends with before she moved here. Another group is people that are sort of popular, another group is this group of girls who I really wanna be friends with (this sounds retarded but it's a whole different story). The final group she's friends with are the people I hang out with. I don't even like most of them, which is why I wanna be friends with other people.
I was pretty happy that I became friends with her because 1) even making just one new friend is great and 2) maybe through her I can become friends with the other girls too. But right now I'm really upset. I went on vacation for two weeks (i got home a few days ago) and Christy texted me a bunch of times asking me when I was gonna get back home. So I thought, good, she still likes me and is interested in hanging out with me. When I got home I texted her and asked her if she wanted to hang out anytime soon. She didn't seem so interested, though.
Then I went to a friend's barbeque party and two groups were there: the group of girls I wanna be friends with and the group I'm already friends with that I don't like. Well, the whole party, Christy didn't talk to me once. Was she under pressure because all of her cooler friends were there?
She hasn't talked/called/texted me since. The party was two days ago. Since the party, my self-esteem has gone to the lowest level. I just feel so uncool. I feel like I'm never gonna make new friends that I like and I'm just gonna be friends with the annoying, immature, nerdy people for the rest of my life. School starts soon and I'm scared that she's never gonna talk to me again because I'm such a damn freakin loser. I don't wanna confront her about because we weren't that close anyway and I don't wanna lose her as a friend for good. What should I do?

HAHA.. i never really noticed it before but above the box i type my advice into it says "your brilliant answer" soo hopefully i say something magical to help you out.. but from my experience in this situation is just crazy!

First off Why are you "friends" with people you dont like?

Secondly why make friends with this new girl that is soo cool just to boost ur popularity?

I'm only a few years older than you and when i was in High School I didnt have a set group of people i hung out with or got along with

Because i was cool with everyone because i was myself around them all

I'd sit and invite different random people to eat with me at lunch and offer them a snack pack

Now that i'm older i realized its the best thing ive ever dont.. is not obsessing about how cool i am because if your just yourself.. the people that think your cool will be your true friends.. and sometimes it takes one person such as yourself to show that to people at ur school and maybe all of these "fake" girls and such running around will stop putting on an act and be themselves as well and then you will see what i mean

THE PROBLEM IS SHE NOW HAS THE FREEDOM TO RUN THE STREETS WITH OUT DRAGGING HER KIDS ALONG - THATS ALWAYS EASYER TO DO. SHE HASN'T EVEN TRIED TO FIND A PROGRAM YET AND WHEN I ASK HER ANYTHING ABOUT HER PLANS SHE SAYS SHE DOSN'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH DRUGS AND DOSN'T FEEL SHE NEEDS REHAB. I met this guy online and I thought that I had a crush on him. He was REALLY nice and everything that he said just made me feel that there was serious relationship potential. However, I just met him in person and he's really shy around me. Sure he might be shy because he has the hotts for me or something else along those lines, but now that we've met in person he won't even talk to me online anymore! Maybe it was because he lied about his height and he discovered that I'm an inch taller than him (and I'm a girl) but shouldn't we still continue a friendship? I just don't understand. HI Im a 14 year old girl and i told a guy I liked him right before graduation. we aren't very good friends but a friend of mine told me "he didnt want to ruin the friendship" and im pretty sure that is just an easy term for the words "i don't like you" but then at the dance two days after my friend told me the news he wouldn't stop convienently running into me and kept walking up to me like he wanted to dance but then would just say something sweet and walk away then he asked me to dance and kissed my hand.
