If you want to bruise yourself, I'm pretty sure it's for something you think is right. I don't think anyone would hurt themselves unless they want to calm down or something.
You know deep inside you how to bruise yourself, so I assume you dont want to hurt yourself. If, in case, you dont know, then it's just a powerful blow and your done.
BUT if you dont want to hurt yourself, you can suck on a part of your body for, like, thirty minutes, then you'll get a good bruise.
