Pregnancy without condom breakage: Yes or No
I don't want to hear about 'there's always a chance'. I know that already. My question needs a simple Yes or No answer.
Question- If the condom has no breakage, no holes, no leaks, no slip, no nothing and correct usage; Is it possible to get pregnant?

Given the way you posed your question the answer has to be YES. The reason being that a condom, given everything you wrote being true, is only statistically, 85% effective in preventing pregnancy.
Now how they come by that number is not given. Common sense says; no breakage, no holes, no leaks, no slip, no nothing and correct usage then pregnancy is not possible. That the statistics given include one of the things you wrote that didn't happen did happen.
For conception to take place semen has to have entered the vagina. If you are positive no semen entered you then logic says you should not become pregnant.

This means you not your parents are responsible for the health of your reproductive system and can see any doctor with or without parental permission. You can visit this doctor without mom being in the exam room and you can ask the doctor for birth control medication. The doctor will prescribe it unless there is a medical reason not to.
Since you are sexually active I would suggest you think about visiting your GYN or any women's clinic for birth control medication. The confidentiality you have means the doctor cannot tell anyone why you were there or what you were treated for without your written permission. Not even your parents.
Statistically birth control medication plus condom usage is almost 100% safe for pregnancy protection at less than 1% chance of pregnancy.
