I HAVE A POUTY LIPS
Back to grade 7, (I'm now grade 8) My classmates tease or bully me because my lips are big and pout.Now i'm grade 8, they don't care about my pout lips. Is my lips nice being pouty or do i should make exercise to make my big lips smaller?

The real reason they are teasing you or bullying you is they envy your pouty lips. You're in the 8th grade which tells me you are somewhere in the beginning stages of puberty. As you get further through puberty and you go from being a little girl into a full woman those pouty lips are going to cause boy to fall over themselves to want to be with you.
Most men consider pouty lips to be sexy. so the last thing I would recommend to you is to do anything to change them. IF anything I would recommend that when you are allowed to wear makeup you find the right lip gloss to make them the defining figure of face.
My advice is if it is the girls that are doing this ignore them for they are jealous. If it is the boys ignore them too for they will come around once they become more sexually aware. Remember as a female you are by nature two years more mature than males of your age.

Having collagen treatment is a common request of the cosmetic surgeon. By women who want to make their lips fuller, and get themselves a proper sexy pout! I don't think women ever seek any cosmetic work to make the lips look LESS full. The whole idea of lip gloss is to enhance the lips too. Making them look full and drawing attention to them. So you would have to say that generally pouty lips are indeed nice and considered desirable. Young girls can be notoriously 'picky' and will find something to tease in ANYBODY when they want to. Ignore them mate. And I guarantee you that in a few years you'll LOVE that sexy pout. And so will the guys. They'll all want to kiss you! The girls are out-growing the teasing already, as you point out. They've realised it's a cool look for a girl too I should say. How dumb are they gonna look teasing a girl for having something that looks great and lots of women want?? And they know it. You got no worries sweetheart. X

Kids are jerks to each other and prey on something a potential victim sees as a flaw. Consider the source and if these people really are friends or people who matter to you. Often bullies pick on someone whom they secretly want to be like or has attributes (talents) they haven't.
Your job right now is to acknowledge that yes, I have bigger lips. They're beautiful and the right person as well as people will appreciate that. You also have to accept you can't change them. There's NOTHING wrong with you physically or them.
I think you have a few options here 1) Outright ignore it and they'll stop 2)Address it by consulting a teacher and have it pointed out when you aren't there that it's insulting and does hurt and won't be tolerated anymore. That option does make you vulnerable as now everyone knows and not just select people being idiots to you now. 3) Tell your tormenters "so what? Screw it I like my lips just fine and they can't be changed. If you have an issue with that maybe you shouldn't be here. That will end it but if they ever mention it joke about it and start busting their chops about something they don't like about their own selves and then it will dawn on them that it sucks to feel that.

There is nothing you can do to change your lips. As classmates don't care now, I would think the problem solved. Apparently it's an issue because you are subconsciously still dealing with what others used to tease you about and still believe there is something wrong with you. You are at an age when most of us all worry about our looks. The Fact is, we can't all look like carbon copies of whomever we deem to be cute or good looking.People come in different shapes and size and so do their attributes like lips. There is nothing wrong with big pouty lips, they are actually in fashion right now. In fact, once you are older, there will be adult women who pay good money to have a doctor give them fuller lips. I don't know if you're allowed to wear makeup yet. But one trick is to use a lip liner pencil and using edges of your lips for a guide, come in closer a little all the way around as you trace so that some of your outer edges aren't marked at all. Fill in with a lipstick and you'll have the appearance of less full lips. For example, see this link to pics of actresses with full or pouty lips. the one to concentrate on is Rosie Huntington-Whitley, next to last. It clearly shows her natural lip going beyond the edges of the lipstick. Unless some is closeup, right in your face, they probaby won't notice. This tricks the eye of whoever looks at you into thinking your lips are not as full.
