Monster will give you some serious energy, but only drink one in a day. They speed up your heart as does rockstar

None

Energy drinks are know to have a dangerous amount of caffine, In fact I have read several articles where people have gone into cardiac arrest due to caffine overdoes. Go with Gatorade or even Powerade as they contain electrolytes and will keep you hydrated. Stay away from that caffine crap

i'd say the normal 35p ones or the monster/rockstar/relentless group avoid any for of red bull or boost as they have steroids in them!
