Make sure to wash down there really well but don't use scented soaps because scented soaps may cause infections. Make sure when you get out the shower, you wipe down there with a towel or whatever you use and make sure that the item doesn't have a smell to it. Don't do things like adding scented lotions and such down there because it can also cause an infection.
As for bad breath, buy a toothbrush that isn't soft nor too rough and brush your teeth a Lot. You can even brush two to three times a day if you get the chance. Floss a Loy because people are actually supposed to floss almost regularly. Make sure to brush your teeth in the back and try to reach every bit and piece. You can rinse and repeat brushing a couple times and after you finish using your tooth brush rinse the brush with Hot water for a couple of seconds. Brush your tongue and scrape (not hard) but brush all of your tongue and make sure your tongue turns red, instead of white. Try and reach the back of the tongue and brush for a while even if you feel like you have to gag a little. After wards you can use mouth wash and gargle for 30 seconds to 45 seconds or so as many times as you want. Foods can also affect a persons breath.
If the odor still doesn't go away you can contact a doctor or dental hygienist. [ Sweetne's advice column | Ask Sweetne A Question ]

It is also known that certain medications can cause foul breath also. If changing your tooth brush, toothpaste and mouth wash don't seem to be effective you may want to talk to your dental hygienist.
Vaginal odor- Avoid thongs and lace as lace is known to trap odor. Hair is also known to trap odor too, Try switching too 100% cotton. There is also female deodorant spray at Walmart. This can be found near the pads/tampon isle for about $2.00 this is specifically used to help with vaginal odor as well as wipes if your not comfortable with spraying. adviceman49 answered Friday August 23 2013, 10:45 am: We are talking about two different odors here.
Bad breath: Bad Breath is caused by a number of different things. Primary causes are our diets. The foods we eat can cause bad breath. Spicy, food high in garlic, fish and other foods. Gum disease and bad teeth are another cause for bad breath.
If the foods you eat are the cause of your breath problem then a change in diet will help or using breath freshener and brushing your teeth after meals will also help. Gum disease and bad teeth is something only a dentist can detect and correct. If you cannot brush after each meal carry a floss stick with you and floss after eating as decaying or trapped food is another cause.
Vaginal Scent: Women are suppose to have a vaginal scent. It is part of the animalistic part of sexual attraction. Now that scent will be stronger in some women and weaker in others. In part it will be due to your overall physiology which is somewhat based on your diet.
Regardless of the why or strength of your scent you should not be able to smell yourself if you bathe regularly with plain soap and water. Your vagina has its own ecosystem and to douche disrupts that eco system which could account for the odor if you have been doing so.
The smell or odor given off by a women should be somewhat musky but not offensive. To us males something in the muskiness of this smell is very inviting or attracting to us which I'm not sure you will notice of your own scent.
If your scent is so strong you can smell yourself while fully dressed, then something is wrong. You may have a UTI or a yeast infection. The best person to ask about this is mom. Remember one thing about mom. She is built exactly like you are and she had the exact same question about herself that you are having when she was your age.
These questions you have asked, especially this part, have nothing to do with sex and everything to do with your reproductive health. These problems you have written to us about are no different than if you had a sore throat. You would go to mom and tell her or if you had some aches and pains you would talk to mom about them.
Sex is sex and this is definitely not sex or sexual. This is physiology something mom can explain to you and if need be decide if you need to see a dentist and a gynecologist.

If you eat fruits and vegetables with the combination of washing it real good with bar soap, that should take the smell out down below. As for the mouth smell, I would get a bleach done at the dentist, rinse your mouth out with mouth wash, scrub the teeth with a toothpaste that freshens breath and whitens teeth. However, the biggest factors in what you eat causes a lot of it. If it helps to chew gum or eat mints before you kiss someone, do that also.
