My view - real view??

Question Posted Thursday July 4 2013, 12:03 pm

When I'm looking at myself, I see myself as a normal to chubby girl, but actually I'm underweight. I can't guess anymore what's normal, what's a attractive person, what's a normal meal.

Any examples for those points???

There is an old saying about beauty; "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." This is a very true saying. To those that sell dresses and cosmetics, diet pills and bathing suits they have their own idea of what beautiful is and that is not truly what beautiful is. That is just the exterior of a person.

Their are men that fall in love with women that are fat, flat chested, big butted, and have big noses or big ears. It is not their body they fell in love with but the person the real person under the outward appearance.

Ad agencies at one time used images of dumb Blondes with big breasts to sell things to men thinking that is what turned men on. Sure they were nice to look at but most of us wouldn't bring one of them home to meet mom.

Normal is who you really are, not what you pretend to be or what you see in magazines. As to your proper weight, that should be left to you and your doctor. It is actually worse to be 10 pounds under weight then to be 10 pounds over weight. For a quick guide to what your weight range should be, look at the chart in the following link.

[Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

As to what is a normal meal? At one time a normal meal was a well balanced meal eaten three times a day. These meals consisted of Milk, eggs, meat, cheese, fish, vegetables and poultry. Of course these were spread over the three meals. Today nutritionists are thinking that six smaller meals are better.

TO find out what is the best or normal meal(diet) for you starts with a visit to your doctor for a physical. The doctor will tell you if you need to gain or loose weight or if you are in your weight range. Armed with this information you visit a nutritionist who can help you with meal planning.

From what you have written you could be taken as someone who has a self image problem. You shouldn't. You sound like a girl, if I was younger I'm retired now, that I would like to meet and get to know. Looks would not be important as I already now the real person behind the looks and she sounds like a very beautiful young lady.

I'll let you in on a secret. Some of these models who are looked at as the moist beautiful women in the world are also the most lonely women in the world. Why? Because men are afraid of being rejected by then that they are not handsome enough for them. So it goes both ways.

You are a beautiful person, let that shine through.

You just have a twisted view of yourself. I think it's pretty much society's fault. That's just how they make money.

For knowing what a normal meal is, you should talk to a nutritionist. They know everything about that and would be able to help you get to your normal weight range.

As for attractive people, that's just everybody's own personal opinion. Everybody has their own taste. But honestly, you shouldn't judge and think people are ugly because in reality, no one really is. It's just people's opinions and how it's being warped by society and the media.

You are a product of todays society. You need to realize that all the ads in magazines and on TV telling you what you need to be beautiful are only there to make you feel flawed, ugly or less than normal so you spend money on their products. It used to be targeted at high school on up, especially women who now had children and were married a while or young ones looking to find their mate. When the economy got worse, the amount of sales went down so they had to come up with a new marketing plan. Go after the untapped market. Create makeup and glamor products and sexy clothes and bodies especially tarYou will never see an ad targeted at the tweens ages 8-9-10 on up. That is absolutely ridiculous. Bodies are not done growing until into our twenties and some women are still changing at 25 and my husband who used to be almost totally smooth and hairless for a body didn't start changing until he hit mid thirties and then he grew body hair like crazy that kept up until his entire body was covered...like a sasquatch lol. But he is handsome to me, hair or no hair doesnt matter.Take me, at almost 55. I have lots of grey strands in my still brown hair, fine wrinkles on the face, have the big nose bone inherited from dad, small lips but am at the right weight for 5'2, 110lb. When I was divorced from my ex before finding my new husband, I was amazed at how many men were attracted to me. But then again, I also noticed BBW's the big women who would attract guys who were not interested in me at all. Everyone has their own taste. Some men want a woman whose plumper weight reminds them of mom or they want something to hold onto, I would feel too small and breakable in their hands. I don't think there is any such thing as ugly. Maybe someone can be deformed but that is then natural for them, but not ugly. But here are a few things to drive home the point the hollywood is all illusion and that a great majority of celebrities don't look anything like they do with make-up effects in real life. Some you could actually pass by on the sidewalk and not recognize them.
First I am posting a video of a young lady who does her own makeup transformation. You see it step by step. She does not look anything close to Angelina Jolie before she starts but once she's done, she looks exactly like her. All makeup illusion.

And one of many celebrities without makeup videos:

and boobs are a big issue for females. They always want something different than what they have, never satisfied with how they look because of what they see on TV. Getting boob jobs is riskier than they let on. I used to work for medical ins. co and saw all the photos of womens breast and the damages done from implant jobs that went bad to where they now needed restorative surgery and would never look normal again. So the next clip is of mostly young women who submitted to this site pics of their chest with their comments on how they like or learned to like themselves or how their boyfriend loves them just as they are, from small to almost flat, big, dangling, different nipples and even two differing sizes. These are normal breasts, what they are supposed to look like and even the small ones are able to breast feed without problems.

Sometimes, all it takes is some realistic perspectives. If this does not help you to begin changing your views of yourself, then you may want to go for counseling. Good luck dear

There is no exact definition of "normal", but with the food thing I think you meant to say "what is an AVERAGE meal?" The average meal for a person to eat a day is meat, dairy, veggies, fruit, fats n oils (don't eat to many). You can find the answers to most of your questions on Google. :) I don't want to tell you something and it be false. :)

To view yourself to be something you are not is a sign of someone who suffers from an eating disorder.

You may want to talk to a doctor or a nutritionist.

Healthy meals include 3 balanced meals a day.

Fish, chicken, salad, nuts, fruits and vegetables.
