JustJessOx answered Sunday June 17 2012, 2:17 pm: Hey there, Okay try taking a spoon of hot honey every morning ad night. My friend who is also a singer does this when her throat acts up. Other natural remides would be hot water with lemon. Invest in some lozenges pain killers and throat spray this will help numb your throat. Try eating hard rough foods. As painful as it is I find it really strenghtens up your throat as opposed to ice cream which momentarily numbs it. Things like crackers and toast. If symptoms persist you should see a doctor as you might need and antibiotic. Good luck and much <3 Jess 18/f [ JustJessOx's advice column | Ask JustJessOx A Question ]
