Saggy boobs
16 Female. Size: 34 D
I hate my boobs they are so saggy and i am so embarrassed. I can never show my boobs to a guy because i am so embarrassed about them. I want to get a breast lift and a boob job or something but i know i can't do that anytime soon:(
I exercise often and have been running for a long time off and on but i ware two or three sports bras and a bra to try to keep them from moving as much as possible when i run, because i herd that running makes your boobs sag? So thats why i put on that many sports bras cause i don't want them to sag even more. idk i just hate my boobs and i want to fix them :(
Do you have any advice on workouts the lift your breasts and make them perky?

I think that your breast issue is really something that is in your head. Any guy who gets to see your boobs will feel like he's lucky, especially with how high-wired the male brain is for sex. I am a B cup when I was your age, I wanted to have bigger boobs because I felt like that was what teenaged boys liked.
You have two choices to make yourself feel better, either you can learn to love your body. A lot of teenaged girls have self esteem issues, I used to and I still do sometimes now that I'm in my twenties. An article like this one can offer you great advice on how to love your body:

Exercising could possibly help you as well, if you feel that you must exercise in order to make you feel better about your body. Understand that not every exercise routine will give you the look that you want.

Basically my best advice is learn to love your body, including your boobs. Having self confidence will help you out in life, trust me.

You have big breast which are heavy they are going to sag under their own weight. Their is nothing you can do about it. As Zane said guys really don't care what your breasts look like out of your bra; they are just happy to be able to be allowed to do whatever you allow them to do with them.
Now when it comes to getting your breasts lifted or a boob job think abou this. The girl who lived next door to me was a DD cup when I went off to serve in the Air Force. When I returned she was a B cup. I looked at her and asked her what happened. While handing me her infant son she replied "he ate them."
In about 2 years you may be able to find a plastic surgeon who will be willing to give you a breast reduction. Before going ahead with this procedure their are questions you are going to want to ask. Such as what effect will pregnancy have on the procedure, will you be able to breast feed and is it possible that if you do nothing at this time breast feeding will of itself reduce your breast size.

Maybe try asking chacha, you shouldnt feel like you need to change your self just so some guy will like you. If he really likes he wont care what your boobs look like. Maybe they just seem like that to you. Yhu need a good bra, and sports bra.

You are too hung up on the fact that you won't be accepted.
Any normal guy isn't going to care how your breast look. Loving someone is not about what they look like anyway. Guys love breast it doesn't matter to us if they are sagged in fact what would come to mind is they are natural! Most dudes would rather have the real deal then someone who is made of plastic or went through a breast lift so they gain approval. My opinion a breast lift or implants just shows how insecure a woman really is. Running the cause for saggy boobs? I don't know who told you that one but it is not true. Running is great exercise. It builds muscles, endurance and a million other things. Trust me when I tell you guys dont think about the shape, size or the lift they are just happy their there. Stop worrying and stressing over nothing
