the best answer I can give to that is be yourself, be open, ask questions, I.E. (what have you been up to lately? hows school? hows work?) an if all else fails, give some information about yourself, (what you like to do) what you plan on doing in the future, maybe talk about your lovelife, talk about your boyfriend/girlfriend and ask if there involved.. and how are they doing? theres many things to start a conversation an just talk..seems like the first step for you is to be open with it.. just be yourself..you'll be fine Goodluck ]
Try to calm down and relax when you talk to other people. When you are talking one on one with somebody else, it might help to imagine that there is somebody else there too. Or you could pretend that you are talking to somebody that you feel comfortable talking to, like a close friend or a parent. This might help build your confidence. I hope this helped :) ]
You just have to change they way your mind is thinking. Keep talking to your self in your head that you can do it. You arn't going to be shy. It works for me. Im more confident than I have ever been. ]
