LM answered Wednesday August 3 2011, 3:14 pm: There's a wide variety of reasons. Most likely, you have dry skin. Try using moisturizer as you would on your legs, arms, etc. after your shower. In the summer, this can become especially common because of the hot weather, and when mixed with water, sand, chlorinated pools, salt water, and tanning, that makes for some pretty dry skin!
As for soreness, that's common too. Unless it's an absolutely excruciating pain, it's normal. You retain more water during certain days of your cycle (it's different for everyone) and your breasts get bumped around a lot more than you realize. Wear a supportive bra that isn't too tight or too loose, or try going braless for a night or two if you don't already to see if the soreness lessens.

Make sure you are washing them in the shower. :) hah! please feedback!
