When your nipples are itchy and your breast are a little sore, it just means they're growing. Nothing to worry about, at all.

There's a wide variety of reasons. Most likely, you have dry skin. Try using moisturizer as you would on your legs, arms, etc. after your shower. In the summer, this can become especially common because of the hot weather, and when mixed with water, sand, chlorinated pools, salt water, and tanning, that makes for some pretty dry skin!

As for soreness, that's common too. Unless it's an absolutely excruciating pain, it's normal. You retain more water during certain days of your cycle (it's different for everyone) and your breasts get bumped around a lot more than you realize. Wear a supportive bra that isn't too tight or too loose, or try going braless for a night or two if you don't already to see if the soreness lessens.

im not sure how old you are, but if you are just starting to grow breasts that is the reason for itching and soreness. if not, it is okay. mine used to itch alot and my doctor said it is nothing to worry about. Make sure you are washing them in the shower. :) hah! please feedback!
