millie96 answered Tuesday August 2 2011, 12:33 pm: There is a certain way you can breathe so that you won't get tired as fast. Take deep breaths. Inhale deeply and then exhale. Keep trying this and with practice you will be able to run as many times around the park as ou want. Good Luck!

orphans answered Tuesday August 2 2011, 12:17 pm: Well this is really just a matter of getting used to it. Chances are, that if you lead an unhealthy lifestyle, you will lose your breath quickly. So starting off slowly and building up is a good way around this. Start off by lightly jogging for a week, then increase your speed slowly, and so on.
Losing your breath is also natural: Its just your body wanting to take in more oxygen, and happend to everyone. But if it happens to you more often than others, or very badly, it could be an unhealthy lifestyle (if you live one)
