Get on top with your knees on either side of his waist/hips and go up and down. You can wiggle around a little bit, rub on him etc to make it feel better for yourself but not too much as it can hurt them going back and fourth rather than up and down too hard.
Tip: You can do this postion in reverse, called reverse cow girl. So basically the same thing but instead of facing him, turn around.

Ha I got sick of missionary and made my boyfriend let me ride him.
The position and angle make is penis go deeper and it is much more satisfying and easy for the both of you. If you are having a hard time he can help since it is easy fro the man to still thrust while on bottom. Just stay comfortable and build it up, straddle him and slowly ease in the penis, start out in a slow upwards and downwards rocking motion, listen to your body and when you feel like you wanna go faster slowly increase the speed.
