2) ask a fashion teacher if you have any at your school, and ask her if they have any idea how to start, they r reallly helpful trust me :D
3) start out by designing fashions and interesting photo shoots with labels on the sides and send them in with you applications and so on
4) once they reply with a yes, you are on your way and you will definitely earn that internship!
5) if the reply is not interested, then dont give up, keep going, every style of fashion is new and cherished and should be shown to the world :)
hope this helps

A good place to get some information, is to find some fashion photographers. They have a lot of insight about many magazines and more than likely have friends on the inside. Doing some volunteer work for your local newspaper will help build a good base for magazine work. Try e-mailing some magazines that you enjoy and get their input about your goals. I hope this helps and good luck. [ julie75's advice column | Ask julie75 A Question ]
