Losing emotions

Question Posted Saturday March 12 2011, 9:11 pm

Should I be worried by my loss of the "good" emotions as they are. Empathy, love, symnpathy all those are lessening each day some I don't even feel at all anymore. Should I be worried though I don't seem to care much at all about them?

I used to feel that way. Up and down. Happy, sad, happy, sad. It was a constant battle. I felt so emotionless, so depressed. I started spending so much time alone. But then I just decided to pick myself up and rediscover who I am. I started getting back into my old hobbies and going to counseling and spending time for myself.

Try talking to a counselor or a doctor. Suggest antidepressents. I'm good on them. Also, find yourself again. Find the person you were before all these feelings were lost. Spend a day or two outside, for a walk or something. Go to a coffee shop and spend some time to think. Or simply relax and listen to mellow music. It worked for me. I am so renewed and happy with myself. I hope you will regain your emotions.

Any more help, just message me! I hope I helped!

um i dont think that you should be worried just be aware of what's going on, you dont want to continue to lose your loss of emotions because it can make you really depressed and things like that and you dont want to be that way it can also cause a sense of lonliness and thats not good so my advice is to just know that this is happening and if it gets worst you should do something about it

kk hope i helped:)

It's probably what you are going through. Did you have a traumatic or depressing event? You could talk to a family member/friend about it and you might feel better. If not, you might want to see a counselor of some kind.
