My arms aren't particularly hairy, my legs I'd say are average, I don't grow facial hair very quickly, my chest is decently hairy, and my ass is a forest. You could lose a bus inside of it. So yeah, it happens.

Yes, It is normal to have hair inside your ass, Unless you are a caveman it is nothing serious.
If you are female and you don't like the hair you can shave or wax.
