"Trader Joes has the same sodas, but it's all natural. So in a way, it's healthier."
Also, you're 20 years old. You're not nine. And this isn't crack. If you want to stop, stop. You're not trying hard enough. [ Matt's advice column | Ask Matt A Question ]

The acidic elements is what causes your teeth to rot out, and there is as much acidic elements in juice as there is in soda. Find a flavored water that you like to drink. Trust me, I am an avid mountain dew drinker, haha so I know. Flavored water is the best route to go to save your teeth and still have something with flavor. Don't completely cut out soda, but make sure you limit yourself to like 2 a day, then the rest of the day you drink the flavored or regular water. It's much better for you and your teeth. Pineapple juice is kinda like orange soda,
cranberry juice is kinda like doctor pepper,
What alot of my friends do is drink lots of gatorades and powerade instead of soda is genereal.
