What I generally do is when I'm talking to the guy I make sure I make as much eye contact as possible. When I think I've found the right moment, I stare into his eyes for a little bit, take a deep breath, and bite my bottom lip. That's my signs that I want him to kiss me. The thing with girls is though, we always want you to make the first move. So, if you see flirting, and her staring into your eyes, I'd just go for it. She'll be happy that you did.

Key thing is to take everything slowly, don't rush things. You need to flirt with her, and see how she responds on your flirting. If she responds well (flirting back, giggling, etc) than you should flirt more.

If nothing happens, scoot away a little more. Now, if she leans in closer to you to fill the gap you just made, there's a good chance that she is ready to kiss you.
