Key thing is to take everything slowly, don't rush things. You need to flirt with her, and see how she responds on your flirting. If she responds well (flirting back, giggling, etc) than you should flirt more.
Try to touch her, and again see how she responds on this. If she likes it and starts touching you too, your pretty much good to go.
