Would it look weird if you only put eyeliner on lower eyelid?
no mascara or anything else just eyeliner on lower eyelid.

not at all. actually that is all i usually put on. thier is nothing wrong with it. some people i know have to do both bc they have short eye lashes and want them to stand out.

I wear eyeliner on my lower eyelid, this makes my eyes stand out however I do also wear Mascara. I think it might make you look a bit moody as it shows off the lower parts of your eyes and not your whole eye. However as long as you do it with an eye pencil that is not black it will work. For example I have used just white eye pencil on its own and it works fantastically because it makes the eyes appear wider and more awake than they actually are.

I have a friend thta only wears eyeliner on her lower lid. She wears mascara though.
As long as it's a charcoal or not to dark it should look fine. It all depends on how you do it.
