I was wondering what are some things to cut out of my diet. I know fast food, but what else? Also is there anything I should start eating more of. Im not trying to diet, more of a life style change.
Just try to eat lighter meals and cut out the crap that you know is bad for you. Drink lots of water, and exercise regularly and you should be fine. :) [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]

So you can have fast food 1-2 times/month and still have a healthy diet. Just make smart food choices when eating out.
A major thing to cut out would be soda/coffee. Both dehydrate you because of the caffeine. Soda is full of sugar, eats away at your teeth, and is basically empty calories.
Things to add to your diet: salmon/tuna/other fish that contain omega 3's. They are good for your brain. A handful of nuts like walnuts or pistachios are good for your heart health. Yogurts have probiotics to promote your immune system. Obviously fruits and veggies, and eat protein. I like Kashi products..especially their cereals. They are rich in fiber and protein and keep you full for a long time. Raspberries/blueberries and various other fruits are rich in antioxidants.

fatty foods potato chips french fries seeing as their salty & greasy cheese since it could cause constipation chocolate cookies also eat foods that have tons of fiber fruits and vegetables drink plenty of water so it will flush out your system also cut out fast food like you mentioned(: [ sunshine1232's advice column | Ask sunshine1232 A Question ]
