Well I guess if the guy masturbates right on the toilet and you go in IMMEDIATELY after and start straddling and physically trying to work the cum into your vagina, yes I would say there's a small chance you could get pregnant.

The sperm would have to get into the opening of the vagina.. Who sits on a toilet seat like that anyway? Your vagina shouldn't even touch the seat.
If a male decided to leave semen on a toilet seat (why, I have no idea) and a female goes and rubs herself all over it, then sure, there's a possibilty of pregnancy... but I've never personally heard that happen!

Possibilities are very much small that it's impossible, sometimes you don't even get pregnant when the semen is on the opening of your vagina or when its externally down there when you wash it off afterwards,so its impossible to get pregnant from the loo seat.

No, the chances are pretty much impossible. The sperm would probably just die off if they were somewhere out of a body like that - they usually need the body heat. x
