How to lose as much weight FAST in a week? My brother weighs around between 210-220 pounds. I am helping him out so what are some good tips to lose weight fast within a week. What I am looking for is what foods to eat each day and how much of it. Also what excercises he can do at home to speed up the process. Also some ways to trick your body into losing more weight like for example if you excercise your upper body one day then excercise your lower body the next day, it can trick your body or something.

He needs to go to a doctor and let them check him out they could put him on a special diet, drink lots of water lots, and walk every day. Build yourself up. maybe start at walking 30mins aday, stay away from junk foods, fried foods, these little quick diets are not good for you, when you lose weight with them you gain it back plus more, and it makes it harder to lose the weight. Number one thing is to check with his doctor walk every day and drink lots of water. Eat lots of fruits and veggies. Blueberries are great for loosing alot of weight, i tryed the Acai berry flush its all natural its nothing but berries which is good for our bodies. i have lost alot from that, it flushes you out, it gets the nasty toxins away from you kidnays and other parts of our body where the food packs up. good luck. ]

(www.weddingdietplan.com) As for exercise just go for a 45 minute walk with him everyday. It's better to walk for 45 minutes than to run for 20. Start off on a FIFTEEN and I mean FIFTEEN minute run and then walk for 45 minutes. ]
It's not healthy. The people you see on television didn't lose weight that fast it's what they do so people can buy into the scheme. I believe it would be best for your brother to eat vegetables, meats, fruits and light snacks and if he doesn't want to go to the gym you can look things up on the internet or even go to wal-mart and buy some dvds for like 10.00. Umm. Sit ups, Push ups, Jogging, Jump rope, Walking, Running. I feel that loseing weight so fast may damage the body because it's too much change.
