You need to go to the principal and report it. If the principal doesn't do anything, go to the superintendent or the school board. Someone eventually will do something about it.

If there's nothing they can do or are willing to do, switch out of the class.

Well if you are a different race then your teacher you should still any how have no issues. But since you do you should definetly report the teacher, if there is another teacher that teaches the same thing try transfering classes. Your life will be a whole lot better. If you do not want to switch classes then try to confront the teacher, You just flat out tell him that it is not fair he is picking on you just because of your race. BUt maybe it is not because of your race, maybe it is because you are not reaching your full potential or maybe not all of your work is being done I do not know if these are the cases but I hope this helps :)

people can be so lame. im sorry this teacher picks on you, its not right or okay.
heres a few things you can do..
1. let it go. if he/she does it, dont let it bother you. the teacher is obviously just immature and an a-hole.
2. tell your parents or someone who takes care of you, and they may deal with it themselves or give you their own advice [maybe even some personal experiences] to help you out.
3. go to a counselor in school, or another teacher, the principle, someone of higher superiority in the school who can take immediate action.
4. switch classes.. or at least try to get into a different class with a different teacher. but to do this, youd have to get your parents permission and talk to the school about it and tell them what has been going on.
when i got picked on by my teacher in my math class, because im not very smart in math and everyone else was, i told my parents and they helped me take action. then when that didnt help, i took matters into my own hands and went to my guidance counselor in my school, and she made it stop. teachers arent allowed to pick on you for anything.. they are TEACHERS and there are boundaries and a certain level of respect that NEEDS to go both ways. trust me, tell someone in your school [and your parents] what is happening and action will be taken to set this teacher back in their place.
good luck and i hope your teacher gets the punishment he/she deserves. hope i helped, tell me how it goes :] and if you need anything else, im here for youu. xxo.
