A lot of people talk on their bluetooth these days and look like they are talking to themselves because they use a handless microphone and earpiece.
EDITED:
Whatever I said IS actually useful because we all talk to ourselves, either internally or externally, so what's wrong with that? You're just doing it in the safety of your room by yourself, who cares what you do alone? I was just giving you advice if what you were worried about was talking in public if that ever happens. Some of us just talk to ourselves in our heads, which is called an "internal monologue" (if you watch Scrubs, they talk about that too, so yes, others do it too). It's like talking to an imaginary therapist. Thoughts just happen to make their way out of your mouth from your mind. Just verbalized thoughts. It's therapeutic. Psychiatrists and psychologists really aren't supposed to give feedback anyway, they just basically repeat back what you say so you can figure it for yourself what it is that you really want. You're just vocalizing how you feel internally. (I just learned this in psychology class). [ hotpotato's advice column | Ask hotpotato A Question ]

I do the exact same thing. personally, I think it is more healthy to talk to yourself than other people ha ha. But I think the thing is is that we talk to ourselves because we know even if we contradict with our own words, it can't really hurt us. Versus when talking to other people, their feelings can affect yours. People talk to themselves for various reasons. One can be that no one else will listen, or that they just need to get the thoughts of the day out, you know, just vent. Talking to yourself is a lot healthier than keeping in your thoughts and feelings! Hope I helped :] [ TheRandomJuggalette's advice column | Ask TheRandomJuggalette A Question ]
