drinks

Question Posted Monday November 16 2009, 2:13 am

i'm in college at a big party school in the state, so my friends and i usually spend our weekends at the bars. we've heard what some of the good drinks are, and usually only order one or two types of drinks because that's all we've tried and know we like them. but i've looked up recipes online and have read about a lot of drinks that sound really good that i'd love to try. my question is are bars usually pretty universal about the drinks they serve? i dont want to order something and the bartender not know what i'm talking about or have never heard of it.

Yeah, alot of bars serve most of the same drinks, so you should be fine. On the off chance the bartender hasn't heard of the drink you want, you can always tell them how to make it and they will make it for you.
