well for starters, it is a SEXUALLY attractive feature, meaning that a guy is sexually attracted to girls. second, just how most girls hate their boobs, almost all guy's hate their penis. and third, even though their just "sacks of fat" their are really fun to play with and jiggle around ;)

Excellent. not a big fan of large breasts personally, but breasts are one of the many parts that make up the awesomeness that is a woman. one possible reason is guys see the first thing on a target and focus on that.... its a hunting skill from back in the day when you had to find the perfect prey, like the wildbeast with the limp in the back of the herd. anywho, its also an indicator that the person is most likely female... sometimes thats hard to figure out.
now on the "ugly" subject, that, to me, is a good indicator that you're not into chicks. I think my penis is ugly, doesn't mean the rest of the world does. Women are, as far as I'm concerned, living, breathing, pieces of art. or at least thats my newest bullshit excuse for looking at them every chance I get.
if that didn't work, here's the barney style version: you(girls) are meant for breeding and rearing young. we've got a means of producing, but without breasts, there is no follow-through and the child dies. not like there's always been baby formula at the local seven-eleven....
that went a little off topic for a minute. the point being, if I'm looking for a girl to have kids with, I want to make sure the following criteria are met:
1: not crazy(risk she'll kill the kids)
2: not sick(produce weak offspring)
3: has breasts(feeding, what else?)
4: healthy weight(better chance at producing viable offspring)

It's pretty simple. Boys attraction to girls is an innate instinct. Your breasts are one of the things that make you uniquely female. Your boyfriend finds them attractive because you're breasts are a symbol of your femininity. The masculine is attracted to the feminin and vice-versa.
As girls grow into women and become comfortable with their sexuality, they generally take pride in their breasts and other features that men find attractive. Just as men take pride in their features that women find attractive.

I am a great deal older than most of the advisers on this site, so my advice will be somewhat different from what you have received and may continue to receive from others.
Why do guys like women’s boobs? It is somewhat if a preconditioning, like snapping your Bra strap in class. No one told them to do it; no one showed them to do it. It is somewhat of a caveman instinct.
Your statement that you find boobs ugly surprises me some. If I read into your statement I would say you are most likely large breasted or very small breasted. Women with these types of breasts find themselves being stared at more than women with average size breasts. Whichever is the case for you it is understandable that you would be both self-conscious of your breasts and tired of being stared at all day.
My advice is for know be proud of what nature has given you. If you have overly large breast you can talk to your parents about breast reduction surgery. If you have overly small breast breast enlargement surgery should wait until you have finished your education especially if you are overly athletic. Young women who are athletes are late bloomers and when they hang up their spikes their breast and other womanly curves seem to catch up with their age.
Whichever is the case for you; be proud of what you have been given. You are uniquely you, there is no one on this planet quite like you, you are one of a kind and you should be proud of who you are. As for the boys; boys are going to be boys. Their caveman instincts come out with their hormone activities. Love them and leave them until you find the one who respects you for who you are not for your endowments alone.
