I'm going to try and make this short as possible. Basiclly I was fired from my old job due to some racism & prejudice. They didn't like me because I wasn't "one of them" & because I was doing good & that was there weakness I guess you could say...ofcourse since I was the "new employee" and they being there for 2 years obviously they ended up winning and I lost..now a month later I'm trying to apply at the same company but at a diffrent location..only problem is when they ask if ever been fired and the reasoning..I don't know how to explain all of what happend so that the hiring manager will believe it & not look at it as a joke..I know that being fired lowers my chances of even getting a call back or interview but I guess its true what evryone says..doesn't hurt to try ..right?
I don't suggest that you leave it blank because if they were to find out that you were fired & didn't tell them, they'd see it as lying & could make them think poorly of you. Just tell them the truth. Who knows, they might give you a call. Good luck. [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]
