Not really, no. It's up to you as to whether or not you believe him- did he tell you he's been checked or do you have actual proof? Most people don't bother, though.

Not saying he wasn't tested before. But what prevents a person from getting tested on Monday
& then screwing an infected person on Tuesday?

I personally have not done this, however, I believe I can still answer your question. If you know for a fact he's been checked and he's ok, then I see nothing wrong with it. But with any guy who you are not sure about, I would always use a condom just incase to be safe.

As long as you are totally sure he is healthy, then it really isn't necessary. I hate the taste of latex, and prefer to give a bj without condoms. If there is any doubt about his sexual health, then by all means use one. As there isn't, well, you aren't going to get sick or pregnant, so don't worry about it.
