No, unless you live in the glorious state of Massachusetts, where you only get a fine of $100 for possession of an ounce or less of marijuana.
Or if you use it for medical purposes in certain states.
Otherwise, no.

Marijuana is illegal everywhere, like the U.S. However, there are some countries that "look the other way" concerning the use of marijuana..like Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Canada, etc. But! Amsterdam does allow marijuana to be sold to anyone above the age of 18 (So do some other countries). They only allow you to buy in small quantities (5 grams) though.
