I'll be dropping a comment to Kendra, people who recite facts they read on a website piss me off.
Is it possible? If she had something, yes.
All STDs can be transmitted through blood contact, and you got blood on you. When dealing with the dick, the most common way a guy catches something is getting infected fluids on himself which then infect through tiny breaks in the skin that might not even be visible to the naked eye. Your finger is no different, you got blood on it and its possible that if an STD were present, that it were transmitted.
The bigger question here is why you might think she had aids or another STD.
If you're just paranoid, remember that she has to have something herself to give it to you. If she's clean, you can get whatever fluids she has all over you and have zero problems. ]
I can answer this question: You cannot get AIDS/HIV from fingering. You can only get AIDS from mingling your bodily fluids.
1. Sharing needles mingles bodily fluids and passes on AIDS.
2. Having unprotected vaginal intercourse passes on the virus.
3. Having unprotected anal sex can tear the rectum, mingling bodily fluids and passes on AIDS.
Kissing doesn't pass AIDS, fingering doesn't pass AIDS, hugging doesn't pass AIDS, coughing doesn't pass AIDS...
The AIDS virus does not make skin peel. You probably used a harsh soap or you scrubbed too hard.
If you had an open wound on your finger and the girl had AIDS, then yes you would have a problem.
Use a condom when you have sex, and in the future don't have sex, or oral sex or anal sex with anyone unless you can openly discuss STDs, birth control and other concerns you may have.
Edit: To the above person, I have received comprehensive sexual education first hand and am passing along what I know to be accurate.
However, since I cannot log my doctor and sex ed teachers on Advicenators to confirm on my behalf, I'll provide this website for your reference, despite what other members may have to say about it: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) ]
The only positive way to actually find out is to ask her. If all you did was finger her and you washed your hands after really well then nothing to worry about. I'm guessing it could be her period?...Ask her ]
I doubt you'll get much professional advice on here, because it's not like doctors hang out at this site (maybe a few, but I haven't seen any). It doesn't sound like an STD, & I hope you washed your fingers with soap, & not "soup", because washing them with soup will do nothing but waste good food. ]
Does the girl have it?
If not then no.

well it really depends on what kind of soup you used! brokenwing ]
