quakers chewy bar.. are they healthy or not?

They are definitely healthier then many other things. I eat these as a substitute for candy bars.

theyre not that bad, just pretty high in sugar, which could turn to fat. theyre usually under 150 calories, so yes, theyre healthy in a way. compared to alot of other snacks. im dieting and i eat them, if that helps. 17/f

Well, not really. I can't say anything is really 'healthy' for you these days. Even fruits and vegetables are grown with chemicals.

But Quakers Chewy Bars are better for you than some other products out there. When buying food, you should check the Nutrition Facts and the ingredients before making purchases.
