So YES. It is technically possible to become pregnant when sperm makes contact with the vaginal fluids. Sperm leaking from the anus can certainly manage just that.

If the male partner pre-ejaculates just a little, it can travel to the vagina. I knew a girl who got pregnant without having intercourse because her partner leaked just a little and was close to her vagina.

Long answer: no. Semen has to enter the uterus via the vagina. The rectum is separated from the vagina by tissue, and it's impossible for semen to pass from the rectum into the uterus. They're completely separate systems, totally isolated from each other.
