OK so my brother like's most of my friend's most of his gf has been my friend's but most of them i hooked him up with,just cause i was bored but now he starting to like more and they don't like him we always make fun of him,but what i wanna no if it is okay if my brother goes out with my friend's he is in the 10th grade now and is 15 and me and my or 13

It is okay to go out with someone younger than you.
First of all, it is probably not a good idea to set him and a friend up, because it could cause a feud with you and your friend and ruin your or his reputation.

I think it is probably not a good idea because you wouldn't want to lose friends over something your brother did to them. Also, try to not talk junk about your brother with your friends because it will end up getting around to him at school etc. I know you love your brother and you wouldn't want to hurt his feelings.

In my personal opinion i wouldn't do it, but it's up to you. I think you shouldn't hook him up but if he really likes them that much to get to know them (without your help) and they like him back then i say it's ok. But at 15 guy's hormones are raging so beware for your friends
