We're logical, which means that while we can be emotionally attached and loyal to one woman, we are still looking at other women.
I've been genuinely attracted to a number of women since I started dating my current. I'm loyal and honest, and have no interest in trading my girl for anyone else, but she knows that I notice figures and is ok with that. I don't do stupid shit like pointing out hot girls on the street, and she knows that I belong to her, so theres no jealousy.
Most guys are biologically set to look at everyone. Doesn't mean we DO anything about it, but I definitely take notice of girls whom I would ask out in a heartbeat were I single.
Fantasies depend, honestly. On the guy and the relationship. I don't actively fantasize about anyone but my girl for the honest reason that she excites me more than anyone else. Why would I waste time thinking about the hot sex I could have with that girl I know when I can think about the hot sex I'll have when I get home with MY girl.

It is strange isn't it?
I once met an old man who said, "the day I stop looking at pretty ladies is the day you can pull the sheet over my eyes, 'cause I don't want to live."
It doesnt mean he's not faithful, it just means he's normal. You can use this to your advantage though, by finding out what he finds attractive in other females and using that on your own list of talents... (rowr) [ TimothyDanger's advice column | Ask TimothyDanger A Question ]

And he watches porn so he obvisiously thinks about other women sexually. So yes, I think guys do. I know females do, so I don't think guys are any different.
