Ignoring.
Okay so i've been talking to this guy, and everyone is telling me he is a jerk. So i dont judge someone before i get to know them and i've been talking to him for a while now. He is really sweet to me over texting and IMing and stuff like that, but in school he totally ignores me!
The other day i looked at him and smiled, and he looked the other way. When we were hanging out after school he didn't say one word to me.
He texted me then next day and said he was sorry and that his friends were distracting him.
I'm texting him now and he's being really sweet again. But i just don't know, cuz if i go out with this guy i dont want it to be just a texting relationship.
I'm not even sure if he likes me that way, It just made me wonder.

I agree you shouldn't judge people , but i think you know the guy now and he is a jerk, this is not a movie playing something like "Awalk to remember" NO! It's reality

Oh man, I've been in your shoes before haha. Like, exactly the same situation ... creepy hahaa. But anyways, sometimes guys are either just shy in person, are scared they won't know what to say face to face, afraid that they won't be able to hold a conversation with you out of cyber world, worried about what his friends would say if you two were talking in school and stuff, scared that since you two are being cute with eachother on text that it will be awkward in person. Basically, you just have to go up to him in school when he's at his locker or alone in the hallway and talk to him. say hi, and then ask him whats up and everything because he won't have an excuse for not talking to you then. You could also stop texting him for that long and try talking more in school until both the real world and cyber space talks balance out. yuh know? if you make it less awkward for him, it will be. But if he just ignores you still, then he is a jerk and you can do better :] yuh know?

you see texting and IMing are always easyer beacuase they dont have the other person looking at them and having a direct responce with face expressions and body language. and that makes some people freak. hes just not comfortable talking to you in person. what i would try doing is when he starts texting you say oh i cant talk to long but we can tomorrow in school ya? so that way he can talk to you in school it might take a while but it can work!
