so i'm not really clear on the definition of
"getting felt up" im sure there is no exact definition but what is the concept? because guys have like grabbed my butt, and like rubbed it? rubbed my stomach and my boobs and stuff like that. is that considered being felt up?

Generally getting rubbed on your boobs, others may also use it for their feminine area or butt but not usually. Either meaning wanted or unwanted.
