School lunch ideas I eat sandwiches and salad wraps for school but I still end up feeling horrible and bloated and fat no matter what bread I eat.
What else can I take to school for lunch thats easy to eat at school?

You may be feeling bloated due to the flour in the bread you're eating. Try something that has no flour, like Matzoh, for example.
It's a large cracker-like wafer that is big enough to make into a sandwich. Altough crunchy, Matzoh is very tasty, filling and yet won't leave you feeling horrible and bloated.

you might want to try a lettuce wrap, or peanut butter and some celery sticks. It is pretty good. Try it. ]
