Hey, I noticed that you are a Christian and I am to. So I need some advice from someone that I can really trust ok,
I go to church every Sunday, Sunday night, and Thursday. I am so into the worship and into the preaching...but when I get to school on Monday, I make comments to my friends about God, and Jesus. But they just dont get it. Well, I always get caught up with them swearing and making nasty comments about something..and before i know it i am laughing at there comments and singing the wordly songs they sing..but I will never cuss. But my question is..how can i stop myself from doing that?

I know it is hard. I was a teenager once. There is a lot of pressure out there to be like the world. My advice is to pray every day and ask God to help you thru each day to be the example that he wants you to be. The bible says to be seperate from the world. That means that you should stand out from those who engage in fowl language and bad jokes. If they see you are acting like them, they will wonder what good is it to be a Christian. Just walk away. Pray for them also that they might see the example that you are and they might want to be like you. I will also pray for you. Being a Christian is not easy, but it will be worth it all when we stand before God. Read 1 Peter 4:16. May God bless you.

i am a christian.
i have been serving god all my life.
and i have had plenty of christian and non-christian friends.
i try not to talk about religion a lot because i dont want to push my friends away.
i am not a rebel or emo or anything, but lately i have been wondering if i am two different people.
i love god with all my heart.
and that will never change, but i recently told my friend about my releigion and she said she had no idea that i was christian. does that mean that i dont act like a christian.
i go to church every other sunday, i read the bible and i love singing praise songs, and pray. but my friends didn't know that i did anything like that.
how can i be chirstian in front of my friends without pushing them away???

How do you think Jesus would act? The word Christian means Christ like. Therefore we need to act like Christ if we are a Christian. We are humans and we do make mistakes but we need to strive to be like Christ. The bible says to be a Chritian we need to repent and be baptised for the remission of our sins. In baptism we put on Christ. Our light should shine before others. God bless you.

Ok.. I'm 13.. And i made a promise to God that i was going to stay a virgin until marriage... But i think about sex sometimes.. I never think about doing it, just.. you know... But does that make me a bad Christian? Its hard to not think about it when people my age are already losing their virginity... I don't want to be like that... It's wrong.. People my age are always joking about it and saying when they're 16 they are gonna lose theirs and stuff... But I think this is wrong... Also, what is all of the meaning behind a purity ring and how can i get one? Also, what is masturbation? I think anything about sex is wrong... Not just intercourse like some people... I am not going any farther than kissing... And i don't want to have thoughts or anything.. But i need to know what masturbation is. Thnx!!! (link)

I'll only answer one question. You are on the right track. Sex before marriage is wrong. The bible says so. It can also cause problems after you get married. Don't have sex before you get married and you will be alot happier. God knows what is best for us. Follow his word.

mmkay well I know that no one really likes to talk about political things because it brings up a lot of contreversy. But I feel like I'm confused with my political party status. So if you could..could you help me by giving me information on all the political parties in the U.S. (like their beliefs and what they live by)? So that way it'll be easier for me to determine which political party I belong to. Thanks so much,

I choose the Republican party. Neither one is that great but the repulican party seems to have higher moral standards like abortion for example. Who would want to vote democratic knowing that Obama stands for abortion rights. If you vote for someone who is for abortion then your helping to promote abortion. You will be held accountable on judgemnt day.

I don't know about Allah, but my God will forgive you. My bible says, that God sent is son Jesus to die on the cross for our sins. But, it also says that we must repent and be baptised for the remission of our sins, Acts 2:38.

I know some people with breast cancer, lung cancer, and even bone cancer. It's really sad to see these people suffering while it seems like the American Cancer Society doesn't do much to save them of the various cancers. Sure, the American Cancer Society addresses good nutrition but I believe they could go a lot further in prevention and treatment than they do. Any way it is, cancer is horrible and I've heard many times that having a positive outlook on life really makes a difference.
For my friends, I want to supply them with websites (or A website if there is a decently constructed one) of celebrity cancer survivors and celebrities who currently suffer from cancer.
Sometimes realizing that we're not alone makes an impact on a person's life. I know that if, for example, the women with breast cancer knew of celebrities who have overcome this cancer that it would really brighten their spirits. I know they would feel less "low" in society if they found out that their have been FAMOUS people that were afflicted with cancer of the breast.
So, if anyone could, please supply me with websites that have celebrity cancer survivors and celebrities who currently have cancer. It would be an additional plus if the specific cancer was listed with each celebrity name to make my friends feel less alone.

People need to eat raw organic food. Food that has been grown without harmful chemicals and that have not been sprayed with pesticides. I've been with my boyfriend for like 1 year and sometimes I just can't stand it. I'm just so jealous. everytime I see his ex girlfriend, I get jealous. she is super gorgeous and cute like a kid and he's a kid at heart and I can see why they went out. I'm so jealous of the relationship they had. but sometimes I still feel like he doesn't love me like he says he do. when I think about it,I just feel so heartbroken and lonely. I can't break up with him cuz I love him. I just don't know what to do anymore. (link)

He is just using you. If he cheats on you now,he will cheat on you after you get married. You shouldn't date anyone unless you are willing to marry them. YOU may think this sounds old fashioned but you should just be friends with a guy and not date alone. Then,if you both fall in love then get married and have sex. If I had it to do all over again, I would have never gone out with a boy alone. A lot of boys take advantage of girls. The best thing to do is take a friend with you. That way you won't have to worry about what he might do. The bible says to abstain from sex before you are married. It can mess up your marraige if you don't follow the rules of the bible. Take my advice. You'll have to answer to God one day.

me and my boyfriend are trying to work this thing out where i tell my dad i'm sleeping over my friends house. then i tell her parents im only staying for a few hours just to hangout. then i say oh my ride is here and i leave and my ride is actually my boyfriend. and were gonna go back to his friends house and spend the night. then he would drop me off in the morning back at my house.
so i went and told my dad i wanted to sleepover. my mom is out of town for the weekend. my dad said okay but i have to give him my friends house number and moms name. hes probably gonna talk to her mom which is something i have to avoid in order to pull this off. what do i do? (link)

I eat sandwiches and salad wraps for school but I still end up feeling horrible and bloated and fat no matter what bread I eat.
What else can I take to school for lunch thats easy to eat at school?

you might want to try a lettuce wrap, or peanut butter and some celery sticks. It is pretty good. Try it.
