It's cheap, but who cares? Price isn't always an indicator of quality [often it is, at least to an extent]. I had a Wet2Straight for almost 3 years and just recently replaced it with a Solia [$90]. The only difference is that the Solia gets hotter, and if I had had to pay for it myself, I probably would have gone with another Wet2Straight, haha. It's definitely worth the price, and it can really take a beating, so it's great if you're klutzy.
GhoulOnParade answered Sunday August 31 2008, 5:09 pm: NEVER EVER straighten your hair wet. I don't care if they call it a "Wet2Straight" straightener. It still fries your hair, so never straighten your hair wet.
Just remember that.
Disconnected answered Sunday August 31 2008, 1:09 pm: I had it.
I never used it on wet hair since it basically fried it.
on dry hair it worked amazingly.
Sadly mine stopped working :(
kristen22 answered Sunday August 31 2008, 10:57 am: It does work BUT the steam coming from your wet hair burns your fingers. I bought it and did like it except for the burnt fingers part which is unavoidable for you to straighten your hair so I took it back in like 3 days.
