i got asked out by this guy that i really like about 2 weeks ago and he hasnt kissed me yet...we definetly act like we're dating but im definetly hinting that im ready to kiss and he kinda just sways away...and i know he really cares about me cause of the things he tells my friends...why wont he kiss me?

Trust me, chickadee, if you really like him (and he really likes you!), you'll end up kissing eventually. Most guys have this thing in their brains that we aren't ready, or that we don't want them to kiss us. It takes a good while for some to realize that we like them more than friends.
Take it from me. Even though we were really close, it took my boyfriend almost eight months to finally kiss me!

1. He's not ready yet.
2. He wants to make it special.
Don't pressure him to kiss you, it'll happen when it happens.
It's nothing to get upset about.
Give it a while and if it still hasn't happened, perhaps make your "hint" really obvious, like, "I can't wait to kiss you" and see what his response is.

Has he ever kissed a girl before? Because if he hasn't, he might be afraid to because he doesn't know what to do... Talk to him about it instead of hinting.

I think he dosn't want to kiss you because he is afraid to or he dosn't want to rush anything. If you want him to kiss you, you can have one of your friends ask his friends if he wants to and stuff like that. Sometimes they can find out more information than you asking him up front.
