if not, then why do people still buy those eyeshadows! for what OCCASSIONS can you possibly wear those colors!

Yeah, I know, right? Be rad and noncomformist! Go for it. The same goes for clothes. You can wear anything and makeup anything as long as you're nothing exposing too much or doing anything illegal.

I know a girl who wears eyeshadow like that everyday, but a lot of people think it's too much. She also dyes her hair a different color every week (blue, green, etc...) so keep that in mind. I personally wouldn't wear that much to school.
You could still wear colors to school if you just tone it down a little bit. I think you could still wear those exact colors, but just not as much eyeshadow to school.
It would be okay to wear eyeshadow like that on the weekends, at parties, or when you hang out with friends at night. It's generally acceptable to wear more makeup at night anyway.

I personally think it's a bit much, but if you like it then go for it. But some occasions that might be ok for would be a dance of some sort, or a party.

I think its really pretty and i personally love it but its a little too much for school>.< i mean in school you can wear makeup but these colors are a little too much.You can deffinetly wear it in like a prom,or if your going out at night to a pretty cafe or club,but its deffinetly not something you should wear in the morning.

Rainbow makeup is very popular and, in my opinion, great looking.
Just make sure to blend.
If you're confident and you like bright colored eyeshadows, I say wear it.
It could look great and you could stand out a little from the normal everyday makeup.
It'd be perfectly fine to wear it to school.

I think anything's possible. There was a girl who was in a class with me junior year who always wore colorful eyeshadow. She was just the type who could pull it off -- confident, a bit over-the-top but not in a bad way, etc. If you want to wear colorful eye makeup, then by all means, wear it.
Many people who buy colorful eyeshadow will wear just one color and wear it very lightly so the color only subtly shows. Or you could wear it to a fun event, such as a concert or a festival.
So to answer your question, it's possible to go to school looking like that, and if you're confident enough to wear your make-up a bit more boldly than what is mainstream, then you do it!
