I got a pair from Steve and Barry's for Christmas. They were like $8. Macy's might have some, too.

I found a pair of yellow skinny jeans for my cousin at one once for like...15$

I got mine at Charades for a good price (I believe their prices ranged from about $20 or maybe less to $30). I'm not sure if you have any of those stores around where you live (I live in NY) but if so I'd check it out. Also I agree with the person before me who said Forever 21.

I found a really great pair of grey skinny jeans at forever21 last winter. I suggest looking there, and other discount trend stores in your area.
