I'm having trouble eating beef. I need to eat more meat, but I really don't like the way it tastes.
What are some ways I can make this easier? Like certain dishes where you can't take the meat that much?
For instance, I don't like eating roast beef or steak because it's simply just meat all by itself. I want to cover it up with flavor or sauce, like a stir fry or something, but what other dishes are there?

Beans are very high in protein. There are many dishes you can make with different types of beans. Seiten is a good source and tastes similar to meat. Tofu, fish, eggs and soy milk have protein. My point is, if you don't like meat, you don't have to eat it to have a balanced diet and be healthy. [ person43's advice column | Ask person43 A Question ]

You can barely taste the meat for all the cheese & noodles! There is a bunch of different kinds too. Or, lasagna. There isn't a lot of meat in it & it's good :] Spaghetti with just a little hamburger & no meatballs! ♥ [ LiLMAMAx's advice column | Ask LiLMAMAx A Question ]
