Another area would include better restaurants such as steakhouses and other types of sit down restaurants, because you could make decent tips there as a server.
Also try grocery stores and department stores, as either a cashier, stock person, or bagiing/cleaning.

Also, try going to nursing homes and see if they need any assistance in helping with the people there. Some big jobs such as hospitals, restaurants, etc. Will let you clean the offices and things. Try going to places like Applebees, T.G.I.F, and other places and get an application for a busboy. There aren't a lot of choices when you're 15. When you do turn 16, the choices get bigger. ♥ [ LiLMAMAx's advice column | Ask LiLMAMAx A Question ]

You can do simple jobs like babysitting for friends and family. (you can charge more for more kids/the more troublesome they are)
Walk dogs of friends. (the more dogs at once the more $$)
Mow lawns in the summer.
Rack leaves in fall.
shoveling snow in winter. All jobs people hate.
Get homemade fliers and put them around the neighborhood.
For old people give them the fliers. They are old and can't go far =].
