What jobs hire at age 15?

Yes, fast food is one category of employment.
Another area would include better restaurants such as steakhouses and other types of sit down restaurants, because you could make decent tips there as a server.
Also try grocery stores and department stores, as either a cashier, stock person, or bagiing/cleaning.
You could babysit or take care of animals.
Paper route.
Mow lawns or clean for people, run errands.
